Job Summary

Liberty Tax Service in New Castle. IN is seeking entry-level tax professionals to join our team. Friendly disposition and excellent customer service skills are required. Complete tuition-free RAPID basic tax course training online now and continuing in-class Jan 5-20 and finishing by January 15 for immediate employment for qualified applicants.

Prepares federal, state, or local tax returns for individuals, business establishments, or other organizations.

General Accountabilities

• Establish rapport with clients to build working relationships and increase retention
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Fulfills ongoing training and testing requirements, as required
• Implements client-oriented product initiatives approved by corporate

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Basic computer knowledge
