Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our Salesforce Service Cloud applications. This role requires hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, REST API validation, performance testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate complex business processes and integrations in a dynamic, global Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications to validate functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Conduct REST API testing using tools such as Postman, ensuring accurate data exchange and integration flows.
• Execute load and performance testing for REST APIs to assess scalability and responsiveness using JMeter.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements and Agile user stories.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure thorough test coverage and alignment with sprint goals.
• Utilize Selenium WebDriver and related tools to build and maintain robust automation test suites.
• Document and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, and ensure timely resolution.
• Generate and communicate clear and accurate test metrics and project status reports.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in manual and automation testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
• Proficiency in REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with load/performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, flows, and Service Cloud features.
