Duties/Responsibilities:

• Parking and retrieving visitors' vehicles in timely manner while ensuring utmost vehicle safety
• Serve as ambassadors of the property as the first point of contact
• Open doors for arriving guests along with appropriate greeting
• Prepare claim checks for guests quickly and properly
• Provide accurate directions to guests when necessary
• Calls taxis for casino guests as required

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have a clean driving record
• Must possess a valid New Mexico Driver's License
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work varied shifts
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Must be able to maintain a clean, professional appearance

Education and Experience:

• Prior valet experience or at least 1 year guest service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of both automatic and manual transmissions

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• The normal work environment will be outdoors, requiring valets to maintain a positive attitude even in extreme weather conditions.
• Valets may need to go inside the casino, where the typical environment is moderately smoky with loud noise.
