Sport Club Coach is responsible for teaching, coaching, and performing administrative duties for sport club team. Responsibilities include teaching skills through effectively planned practices at a level appropriate for each member of the team; supervising athletes before, during, and immediately after practices and games; offering support to help students and the team reach their goals; ensuring that all policies and procedures for the University of Pennsylvania and the Campus Recreation Department are enforced; and performing other duties as assigned by Structured Sports Administration.
