Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time opportunity for a School Psychologist is available to support an elementary school in Clarksville, TN. This contract position runs through the current school year, providing vital psychological services within the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments and evaluations for elementary-aged students
- Participate in meetings to discuss student development and support plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student well-being
- Utilize active Tennessee DOE certification to comply with state educational standards
- Manage caseload efficiently within a full-time, 35-hour workweek schedule
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Tennessee Department of Education certification required
- Experience working in school psychology, preferably within elementary education settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with school teams
- Ability to conduct evaluations or participate in meetings, as directed by the schools needs
- Flexibility and professionalism in managing responsibilities and caseload
Location:Clarksville, Tennessee serving one elementary school within the district
Additional Details:
- Contract runs from ASAP through May 20, 2026
- On-site presence required to engage directly with students and staff
- No fingerprinting required for credentialing in Tennessee
- Prescreen interviews scheduled with flexibility during business hours
