About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, community-minded Social Media Manager to lead digital content and engagement for two Tucson-based brands — a local yogurt shop and a wellness clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, food, health, and wellness — and can create authentic, engaging content that connects with the Tucson community. You’ll bring each brand’s personality to life online while managing strategy, content creation, and community growth across multiple social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies for both brands, tailoring tone and messaging to each audience.
• Create and post daily content — photos, videos, stories, and reels that highlight products, people, and brand values.
• Write engaging, on-brand captions that build community and encourage engagement.
• Plan and execute promotions, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness and local traffic.
• Monitor analytics and performance to refine strategies and report on progress.
• Engage with followers — respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong community relationships.
• Stay current with trends in food, health, and wellness to keep both brands fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts (multi-brand experience is a plus).
• Strong content creation skills — photo/video direction, copywriting, and creative storytelling.
• Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Knowledge of paid social and influencer marketing is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Passion for creativity, trends, and connecting with audiences online.
