K.Payne Contracting, LLC has been in business since November, 2016, growing from a one woman operation into a large team of professionals. Our office, located in the heart of north Nashville, serves as the base of cleaning operations for many satisfied customers and businesses.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Responsibilities:
A Commercial Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, emptying trash and public areas.
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and towels.
Strip, seal finish and polish floors
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Job Types: part time
Schedule: 2nd shift 2-10:30pm Weekends Only ( Saturday and Sunday)
