JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an IT Specialist for a contract/project opportunity (with possibility to convert fulltime). As an IT Specialist I, youll support Windows 11 migration and provide desktop support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Youll diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while documenting your work in a ticketing system.
