Job Description:

Grayson Sky is seeking a talented and passionate Video Editor Intern to join our media team. As a Video Editor Intern, you will work closely with our creative team to edit and produce engaging social content that aligns with our client's vision and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual narratives and storytelling elements.
• Ensure video content meets quality standards, including visual aesthetics, audio clarity, and technical specifications.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content and captivate viewers.
• Assist in managing video assets, organizing files, and maintaining a structured media library.
• Stay updated with industry trends, video editing techniques, and software advancements to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
• Support the media team in brainstorming sessions, content planning, and project coordination as needed.
• Opportunity to assist the media team on location, with lighting, filming, and direction.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of video production techniques, including color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating engaging and impactful video content.
• A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work is highly desirable.
• Majoring/Pursuing a degree in Film and Video Production is preferred but not required.
