📍 Upstate University Hospital – Downtown Campus | Syracuse, NY
🗓 13-week contract | Start: 11/07/2025
⏰ 4x10s Day Shifts (07:00–17:30 or 11:00–21:30)

• Facility: SUNY Upstate Medical University (Downtown Campus)
• Unit: Adult Operating Room
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 7, 2025
• Shifts: 4x10s Days (Mix of 07:00–17:30 and 11:00–21:30)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule Type: Rotating | No block scheduling
• Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
• On-Call: Required (varies by unit need)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent OR experience (within acute care hospital)
• Trauma Experience: Level I preferred | Level II required
• Teaching Hospital Experience: Required
• Travel Experience: Preferred but not required
• License: Active New York RN license (required upon submission)
• Certifications: BLS (required), ACLS (preferred)
• Charting System: Epic (preferred)
• Must Scrub: Yes – General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, Robotics (Mako experience preferred)

• Type: Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital
• Location: 750 E Adams St, Syracuse, NY 13210
• Specialties: General OR, Trauma, Robotics, Neuro, Ortho
• Environment: Collaborative surgical team with Mako robotic system

• Must have 2 years of acute care hospital experience in specialty
• RTO may not exceed 7 days per 13-week contract (no 12/24–1/2 requests)
• No exemptions for COVID-19 or Flu vaccination
• References: At least one supervisor reference required
• Facility requires drug screen within 2 weeks of start
