We are accepting resumes for summer internships to work with: Operations, Estimating, Construction Management, Construction Safety, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, and IT. You will work out of our corporate headquarters located in Maple Grove and on project worksites throughout the Twin Cities area.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
+ Junior or Senior within a 4-year degree program.
+ Interest and knowledge of the heavy highway construction industry.
+ Desire to gain hands-on experience in the office and/or field by shadowing with knowledgeable professionals.
+ Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks at once.
+ Demonstrated ability to use software programs including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Knowledge of and compliance with all Company safety requirements, policies, and any required safety training.
