About the role

As a Sr. Boomi Developer, you will make an impact by developing and optimizing integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere. You will be a valued member of the Integration Development team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement integration solutions using BoomiFlow, Boomi MDH, Boomi DCP, and Boomi B2B to streamline healthcare processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and data across the organization.

• Analyze and optimize existing integration processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Provide technical expertise in Dell Boomi AtomSphere to support the development and deployment of integration solutions.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in Medicare and Medicaid Claims processing.

What you need to have to be considered

• Strong expertise in BoomiFlow, Boomi MDH, Boomi DCP, and Boomi B2B technologies

• Deep understanding of Dell Boomi AtomSphere and its application in integration projects

• Extensive experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims with a focus on Claims and Payer domains

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues

• Proficiency in documenting technical processes and solutions for knowledge sharing

These will help you stand out

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies in integration development

• Experience mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on best practices

• Participation in code reviews and contribution to continuous improvement of integration practices

• Familiarity with the role of supercomputers in training LLMs and future customization

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
