About the Role

This is a full-time, entry-level, in-person position based in Cincinnati , OH. It involves direct interaction with consumers and team collaboration to support client marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support in planning and executing local marketing campaigns
• Help manage brand awareness efforts for partner companies
• Coordinate with team members to deliver consistent messaging
• Track campaign results and provide feedback to leadership
• Work in-person with consumers to understand their needs and brand impressions

Qualifications

• Background in sports, military, leadership, or other competitive roles is a plus
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Organized, reliable, and goal-focused
• High school Diploma or equivalent
