Location: Windham Community Memorial (10183)

Shift: 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. On call and work coverage for 3rd shift weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Summary

Assist in maintaining efficient operations in the GI lab, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopy and bronchoscopy procedures. Promote patient advocacy and demonstrate appropriate clinical practices. Support departments with inventory management, quality control, equipment and room readiness, patient transport, and secretarial duties. Provide direct patient care as trained, including vital signs, ambulation, and personal care.

Qualifications


Minimum Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of Sterile Processing and/or surgical experience
  • Certification: CSPDT or CRCST
  • Effective communication skills and ability to understand instructions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under pressure


Preferred Requirements
  • Associates Degree
  • More than two (2) years of Sterile Processing or surgical experience
  • Additional certification or experience in healthcare central service
