Job Details

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy, tailored to the individual needs of each guest
Assess guests' health conditions and specific requirements to deliver safe and effective massages
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked
Promote the spa's products and services, including recommending retail products for at-home self-care
Uphold the highest standards of guest service, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for every guest
Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and continuously enhance massage skills through professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa setting
Proficiency in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service
