Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity offers a rewarding role for a School Psychologist to support K-12 students across multiple school locations. The position requires flexibility to adapt caseloads based on evolving student needs and involvement in a variety of settings. The role involves direct, in-person assessments as well as active participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for K-12 students to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other specialists
  • Manage a dynamic caseload, demonstrating flexibility as student needs and school placements change
  • Travel between multiple school sites to provide equitable support across locations
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement intervention plans

  • Relevant graduate degree and appropriate certification or licensure in school psychology
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams including teachers, administrators, and families
  • Ability to manage fluctuating caseloads and adjust priorities accordingly

  • Position is based in New Haven, CT, with travel required between school sites within the area
