LifeTree Inc., is an ultra-fast growing home health agency seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Accounting Manager to join our team. As the Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for performing accounting tasks and taking on the full range of responsibilities, as well as overseeing general financial aspects of our organization and ensuring its financial health and stability. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure all accounting functions and responsibilities are performed as required.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to all tasks and a strong background in accounting, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving financial processes, while taking care of all accounting and financial HR related tasks, such as payroll. We are looking for someone that is down-to-earth and who is used to making QB entries, reconciling, cutting checks and all day-to-day tasks while providing insight, reports and financial statements to the Senior Management team.

Responsibilities
- Provide reports, data and analysis as needed to support the executive team
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Provide mentorship and guidance to drive performance from various company departments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a Senior Accounting Manager or in a similar senior role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles (GAAP) and practices
- Experience in tax accounting, cost accounting, payroll management, regulatory reporting
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes
