Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Security Solutions Manager. This position will play a key role in driving business growth while ensuring efficient operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business development acumen, operational expertise, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client base.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive collaboration and maximize business opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of various departments, including but not limited to sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics.
• Streamline operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Promote professional development and training opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
• Develop and recommend business strategies and tactics to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Top-Secret security clearance with Polygraph.
• 5 years of experience in business development and operations management roles, preferably in the security industry.
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated understanding of business principles, financial management, and market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
