divh2Job Title/h2pThe Armed Security Guard secures the facility under established operating procedures and processes./ph3Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):/h3ulliContracted to provide Life Safety response (Active Shooter)/liliEnforce regulations designed to prevent security breaches/liliRespond to alarms, complaints, incidents, violations and suspicious activities. Demonstrate the ability to take the appropriate action/liliSecure/safeguard crime scenes and preserve evidence/liliPerform crowd control as required/liliPerform personnel, vehicular and building facility checks, First Aid and CPR as required/liliComplete all required reports, forms, and other documentation per established procedures/liliStaff post continuously and provide access control/liliControl access to restricted areas. Report violations./liliDirect and provide information to visitors/liliMay operate x-ray machines, magnetometers, hand-held wands and screen packages/liliSafeguard all assets/liliProvide assistance as required/liliEscort persons and equipment as needed/liliConduct foot/vehicle patrols as required/liliMonitor unusual situations/conditions through personal or electronic surveillance./liliConducts other assignments in accordance with established SOPs/li/ulpPayrate: $30.15 Hourly/ph3Required Qualifications and Experience:/h3ulliPlease note that pursuant to a government contract, this position requires a US Citizenship status./liliMust possess/obtain an active Florida State D G license.
