As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a premier automotive location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols of the property, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, responding to situations as they arise and assisting with any security-related needs. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual activity to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to vehicles and property within the auto facility.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or local law enforcement as needed during incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
