Job Description
The Remote Lending System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organizations lending systems to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves configuring system settings, troubleshooting issues, training users, and collaborating with IT and lending teams to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain lending platforms (LOS, CRM, and related integrations).
Configure system settings, workflows, and user permissions.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Coordinate with vendors for system updates, patches, and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with lending regulations and data security standards.
Provide end-user support and training.
Document processes and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
Experience in lending systems administration (e.g., Encompass, MeridianLink).
Strong understanding of lending operations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in database queries, reporting, and system configuration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
