As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a prominent financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and responding promptly to situations as they arise. You will also be expected to provide outstanding customer service, offering assistance and clear communication to everyone on site. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Work collaboratively with location staff and local authorities as needed during incidents and/or emergencies.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other prohibited activities within the financial institution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
