Responsibilities Perform blade repairs in accordance with technical instructions, standards, and guidelines. Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, protocols, and industry standards. Prepare and submit comprehensive repair reports and other required technical documentation. Ensure the accuracy of time tracking and reporting for all working hours and project tasks. Operate and manage company vehicles, including vans, as needed. Conduct daily toolbox meetings with all relevant on-site technicians to ensure alignment and safety. Participate in and follow up on project meetings both on-site and remotely (via Google Meet) in coordination with the back‑office. Follow‑up on delivery and shipping coordination, control, registration, and approval of arriving goods. Requirements Experience in the inspection and repair of wind turbine blades from various leading manufacturers. GWO Basic Safety Training. Valid medical certificate. Minimum Blade B / Basic blade repair certificate. Driver’s license cat. B. Fluent English skills are required. European passport holder required. Preferred (but not mandatory) qualifications Certification in Personal Safety when Working with Epoxy and Isocyanates. IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3. Vestas BTO/ESQ/LOTO 2.
