Baxter is located at the center of Minnesota in beautiful Lakes Country, just 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul. The Brainerd Lakes Area offers a perfect blend of outdoor recreation and small-town charm with a population of 65,000 and a regional service area of 115,000.

Facility:

This is a beautiful new clinic featuring modern facilities and equipment. The urgent care center operates weekdays from 8am-8pm and weekends from 9am-4pm, with full support from specialists and ancillary services. Typical staffing includes 3-4 providers per shift, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Opportunity: BC/BE - Family Medicine

This position is ideal for a Family Medicine physician with Acute Care/Urgent Care experience (preferred). You'll be joining a well-established team providing comprehensive urgent care services to the community.

Job Details:

• Schedule includes every 3rd weekend rotation
• 12-hour shifts on weekdays; 8-hour shifts on weekends
• Diverse case mix including pediatric, respiratory, injuries, and orthopedic cases (similar to office practice)
• Comprehensive support from specialists and ancillary services
