  • Communicate issues, delays, or quality concerns to Project Managers
  • Help maintain  clean, safe, and professional job sites
  • Represent Property Masters professionally with crews, vendors, and partners

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in  residential construction, remodeling, maintenance, or field services
  • Comfortable working on active job sites and around subcontractor crews
  • Ability to recognize incomplete or substandard work
  • Basic handyman or light trade skills strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos and update job notes
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb stairs, and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions as well as the ability to lift at least 50lbs.

What Property Masters Offers

  • Company vehicle provided
  • Gas card provided
  • Laptop and company cell phone provided
  • 100% company-paid medical and dental insurance
  • 401(k) with an excellent company match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Opportunity for growth within a growing residential construction company
  • This is an hourly full-time position- $25-$30 per hour

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a company that truly invests in its people.
