Physical Therapist – Assistant Rehabilitation Director – Full-time

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a unique opportunity as Assistant Rehabilitation Director in a combination role across Home Health Care and Outpatient Clinics. Our company has proudly served the community for over 25 years, providing high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services with a strong reputation for excellence.

This position offers the chance to grow into a leadership role while maintaining a clinical presence. The Assistant Rehab Director will work closely with the Director to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, mentor staff, and support both outpatient and home health programs. A portion of the role will also include direct patient care, primarily serving a geriatric population.

Qualifications:

* Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in RI
* 3+ years of clinical experience; outpatient Required and/home health preferred
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
