The Hampton Inn Appleton Fox River Mall Area is looking for a part-time, Shuttle Van Driver to join their dynamic team. This position will also assist in other areas of the hotel including Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry.

The Job The Shuttle Van Driver provides guests with excellent customer service while transporting them safely to and from various destinations.
We are looking for candidates with weekday morning shift availability.
Job Duties Include: - Transport guests safely to and from designated and approved locations using official hotel vehicles.
- Operate hotel vehicles in a safe manner and in accordance with established laws.
- Read, track and comply with guest transportation schedules.
- Properly maintain and clean hotel vehicles.
- Provide prompt and courteous bell service by handling hotel guests' luggage.
- Respond to guests' inquiries about the hotel, and local area services and attractions providing accurate information.
- Listen attentively to guests and assists in resolving issues or concerns.
- Ensure shuttle van complies with safety and security protocol.
- Clean and maintain entrances to ensure they are free of debris to present a clean and attractive facility to our guests.
- Provide assistance to other crew members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience - Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Hotel shuttle driving experience preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Must be able to work weekend, mornings, nights, and holiday shifts.
Work Environment This job continuously drives a 15-passenger van. This job is frequently outside and occasionally indoors in a hotel environment. This job is occasionally exposed to fumes, gases, odors, dust, and biohazards.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel objects, supplies or equipment; reach with hands and arms overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and kneeling; climb stairs; communicate or listen. The employee must frequently lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and push or pull items weighing up to 100 pounds.
