We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Cornelius, North Carolina. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering flexible part-time hours. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support and help maintain a well-organized home office environment. Candidates must be open to part-time hours, starting around 10 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls professionally and ensure prompt follow-ups.

• Provide administrative support, including clerical tasks and document scanning.

• Assist with organizing office materials and maintaining a tidy workspace.

• Support social media and advertising efforts, if applicable.

• Help with scheduling and coordinating tasks efficiently.

• Perform receptionist duties, ensuring excellent communication with clients and team members.

• Manage small-scale organizational projects as needed.

• Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with basic clerical duties, including scanning and document management.
• Ability to adapt to flexible part-time working hours.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and advertising is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a home office environment.
