Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR or Talent Acquisition in a corporate or freelance capacity.
• Excellent communication and interoersonal skills.
• You embrace change and challenge yourself as you recognize the next wave of career growth requires a learning mindset and upskilling for a new economy.
• A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, who also loves collaboration and empowering others to thrive.
• A passion for learning & development, coaching and mentoring.
• Ready for career change and driven to take ownership of your efforts and success

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions 
• Cultivate AI tools and marketing strategies across digital platforms with training and support provided
  
• Learn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates
• Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
• Support onboarding processes as you build, train and mentor your team
