Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Our client, a wholesale home textile company, is seeking a Packaging Designer to join their team in NYC! Responsibilities: Design unique and visually appealing packaging for an array of products. Develop engaging and informative product copy that highlights key features and benefits, ensuring the value of the product is clearly communicated. Ensure all packaging designs are in line with our brand guidelines and accurately reflect our brand identity and values. Keep up with industry trends, competitor packaging, and consumer preferences to design packaging that stands out on the shelf. Create dielines and templates for packaging production, ensuring precise sizing and layout. Evaluate and approve packaging proofs and prototypes to guarantee accuracy and quality before production. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field. Skilled in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong ability to create compelling and concise product descriptions. Familiarity with printing processes and materials. Highly meticulous with a sharp eye for aesthetics. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting and meeting deadlines consistently.
