Job Description

Office Cleaner – Industry, CA – Full‑time (Hourly) – Pay: $17.00/hr. Responsibilities include general cleaning of interior buildings, exterior grounds, walkways, and janitorial duties as outlined in the service scope. The role requires cleaning bathrooms, floor care, wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, emptying trash, dusting, and maintaining equipment. Operate with personal protective equipment and follow timekeeping protocols. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize bathrooms Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and stairs Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, refrigerators in break rooms Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas Empty trash cans, replace liners, clean receptacles Dust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered Clean windowsills and windows Maintain janitor closets Maintain janitorial equipment in a safe condition Wear PPE at all times General cleanliness of grounds Other routine basic cleaning duties as assigned Report work accomplished orally or in written work orders daily Follow proper timekeeping protocol Key Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills Follow oral and written instruction Prioritize multiple tasks Work effectively with a team Work independently as needed Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn Qualifications Six or more months related experience Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 20‑25 lbs Frequent bending, lifting, stretching and reaching below waist and above head Walking throughout building frequently Climb stairs safely Dexterity, eye/hand coordination, wrist motion recurring Stand/walk up to 8–10 hours Standing, stooping, bending for more than 4 hours Repetitive movements up to 4 hours involving shoulder, hand, knee, hip, back Schedule Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nexsentio
