What You'll Do:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of company equipment, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC systems.
  • Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting, adhering to prescribed guidelines and procedures.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on both electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Drive and support quality and safety procedures, including environmental regulations and OSHA standards.
  • Recommend improvements for safety through electrical programs and process changes.
  • Utilize predictive maintenance tools to identify and address potential machine failures.
  • Take on various other duties as assigned.

What You Need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of industrial electrical and maintenance experience or related education.
  • General knowledge of electrical panels and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
  • Comfort with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work on elevated surfaces with appropriate safety equipment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist team members as needed.
  • A valid US driver's license.
  • A commitment to health and safety, ensuring you and your colleagues go home safely every day.
  • Availability to work primarily during the day, with overtime and occasional weekend work as needed.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Associate or Two-Year Trade School Degree in Technical, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial Electrical.
  • Knowledge of Automation and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
  • Experience with industrial maintenance of production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, instrumentation, and HVAC.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar computerized maintenance systems for work orders and parts inventory.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical prints, process and instrumentation diagrams, and equipment manuals.
