Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Laborer
Location: Neptune, New Jersey
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Summary
The Warehouse Laborer supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products in a safe and efficient manner. This role helps maintain accurate inventory and ensures timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
Pick, pack, and stage orders according to shipping schedules.
Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and damage.
Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience a plus.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Basic math and reading skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols.

Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time management and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
