Intel Planner

The Intel Planner is responsible for fulfilling requirements for ISR enterprise architecture in support of the organization's mission. The Intel Planner develops, analyzes, and submits documentation regarding operational requirements and corresponding concepts of operations for the employment and sustainment of ISR related technologies. These products shall provide the basis for the cogent planning, programming, and prioritization of fiscal resources required to meet nationally directed standards, Unified Command / USAF directives, and CAF employment requirements for operations during peace, crisis and war. The SCIF Renovations Program Manager will lead in AFCENT/A2 building and SCIF renovations with emphasis on continuity of 24/7 operations.

Essential Functions:

• Conducts interoperability analyses to ensure the compatibility of emerging ISR technologies with Combatant Command / USAF directives and existing / programmed ISR and C2 components.
• Maintains currency with ISR discipline-specific technologies under development and operationally fielded to maximize opportunities for multi-intelligence correlation and fusion.
• Identifies the requirements for the AOC and ensure the ISR Division portion of the Contingency of Operations Plan (COOP) is duplicated for the CFACC designated location.
• Devises and documents strategies to synchronize the insertion of new ISR correlated/fused data with the efficient planning, direction, and operational employment of theater aerospace, ground, and naval forces.
• Provides support for all intelligence planning and exercise functions for 9 AF (USAFCENT)/A2. Interface with 9 AF (USAFCENT) CAOC, USCENTCOM, 16AF, Headquarters Air Force (HAF)/A2C, HQ ACC, and other unified commands and agencies on all matters relating to intelligence estimates and plans. Support the establishment of intelligence plans and programs to support adaptive/deliberate planning, crisis action planning, Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) contingency operations, and related exercises for the USCENTCOM AOR. This includes writing well thought-out inputs to the Base Plans and Annex B w/Appendices.
• Plans and coordinates building/SCIF renovations with AFCENT/A2 team, IT, civil engineering, security, logistics, and other departments as required.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of ISRD systems experience
• USAF AOC and/or 609 AOC AUAB experience strongly preferred
• Deployed experience in the USCENTCOM theater of operations
• Demonstrated understanding of AOC functions and operations
• Familiarity with ISR systems development lifecycle and related community planning initiatives
• Program management experience with SCIF renovations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS for short TDYs
• Must possess a valid U.S. passport
• Bachelor's degree required
• Current TS/SCI security clearance

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or six (6) years' comparable USAF experience
