Job Duties Senior HRIS Business Analyst with 5+ years supporting the SuccessFactors Learning, Succession, and Performance & Goals module within a global heavily matrixed organization Experienced conducting requirements gathering sessions and translating business needs into scalable, efficient system solutions Able to drive end-to-end project lifecycle activities including discovery, design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support Proven success in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SuccessFactors Learning (LMS), including item and curriculum management, assignment profiles, and learning paths Strong expertise in Performance & Goals, including goal library setup, performance form configuration, route maps, and continuous performance management Solid understanding of Succession Planning processes, including talent pools, nominations, matrix grids, and career pathing Experience managing system configurations, role-based permissions (RBP), and custom reporting across targeted modules Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management, staying current on quarterly updates and assessing impact on existing configurations Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 6 years of relevant HR experience required Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
