WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
With competitive pay from $25/hour (based on experience), this full-time opportunity offers you the chance to lead and innovate in a supportive and dynamic environment.
We also offer hotel benefits and lower rates for employees ! As a full-time Hotel Maintenance Chief Engineer, your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM . You'll enjoy a consistent workday, giving you time to balance your professional and personal life.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a a Hotel Maintenance Chief Engineer, your day will begin with a property walk, inspecting the hotel for maintenance needs and identifying tasks that require immediate attention. You'll check in with the front desk to review crucial work orders and prioritize repairs that keep our 116 guest rooms in service. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the hotel has all the necessary tools and equipment to run efficiently. Preventative maintenance will also be a critical focus, as you perform quarterly checks and updates on all guest rooms. In addition, you'll supervise one team member, fostering teamwork while ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
