M&M Gutter Services, LLC is a leading, locally owned and operated company dedicated to providing high-quality gutter solutions for both residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Gutter Installer to join our growing team. If you have a strong work ethic and are comfortable working at heights, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain gutters and downspouts on residential and commercial buildings.
Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and gutter machines.
Safely and efficiently use ladders to access and work on rooftops and elevated areas.
Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, with a strong focus on working at heights.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure project goals are met.
Ensure all work areas are clean and organized upon project completion.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience working on ladders and at heights.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in gutter installation or roofing is a significant plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials, up to 75 pounds.
Comfortable and able to work at heights on ladders for extended periods.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform other physical tasks necessary for the job.
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.
Possess a good sense of balance and coordination.
