Job Description
We are an emerging multi-specialty dental group, led by an oral surgeon, in PA and we are looking for an experienced general dentist for our practice.
Practice Location: Advanced Family Smile Care - 8 Ponds Edge Dr, Chadds Ford, PA 19317
Our practice is well-established with consistent patient flow and you will have complete support to practice dentistry the way you desire.
Work authorization/visa sponsorship can be done by the employer.
You will have an opportunity to earn High Compensation based on percentage (up to 40% of collections) and will maintain complete Clinical Autonomy .
Responsibilities:
Provide dental care to patients in a professional and courteous manner
Perform diagnostic and preventative dentistry, including cleanings, polishing, fluoride treatment, sealants, X-rays, and other diagnostic and preventative procedures
Perform cosmetic/restorative dental procedures, including veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, and dentures
Develop treatment plans for patients
Maintain and accurately update patient records
Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and other members of the dental team
Qualifications Required:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active PA dental license
Excellent treatment presentation skills
