Pay Range: $38,720 – $46,000 annually
Employment Type: Full - Time, Direct Hire – Full Benefits Day 1

What You’ll Do:

• Provide financial coaching to clients on budgeting, credit, and homeownership.
• Maintain a caseload and track progress toward financial goals.
• Connect clients to internal programs and community resources for holistic support.
• Collaborate with program leadership to improve services and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in financial literacy, banking, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong communication, Microsoft Office, Outlook.
• Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preffered.
• Traits: Passion for helping people, team-oriented mindset.
