Job Title: FF&E Planner Location: Tulsa, OK Type: Contract To Hire Contractor Work Model: Onsite

CLINICAL FF&E CONSULTANT POSITION SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS Ability to understand architectural floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans as well as basic design and construction terminology. Has a basic knowledge of medical equipment and its use in common clinical areas with confidence to lead discussions with clinicians. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in the supply chain and procurement field. Experience with MS Office and data programs with proven proficiency in Excel and PDF editing software (Bluebeam preferred). Experience with Revit and BIM Model planning ‘Super use’ level experience with a medical equipment planning database (Attainia or similar), for both planning and procurement tasks. Highly organized, works independently, is task driven, and able to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail is required, as are excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Availability to travel to jobsite to attend user group meetings.
