Job Summary:

Seeking a Family Law Attorney for a full-time role with a well-established firm.
At least one year of family law experience is preferred, but attorneys with trial experience in other areas will also be considered.
The position offers strong growth potential, including future partnership opportunities.
Handle family law cases from intake through resolution, including litigation, hearings, and mediation
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal filings with strong attention to detail
Represent clients in court and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the case
Analyse financial records and case facts to develop effective settlement or trial strategies
Must be a licensed Florida attorney in good standing, with at least 1 year of relevant legal experience
Demonstrated strength in legal writing, analytical thinking, and client-focused service
