As an Executive Director within the Central Planning and Analysis Team, you'll collaborate with top stakeholders, manage critical financial deliverables, and influence decisionmaking at the highest levels. This team is the engine behind budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisdelivering actionable insights that fuel growth and innovation in a fastpaced, global environment. You will play a critical role in supporting the Commercial and Investment Banking business. You will be engaged in supporting daytoday business objectives, as well as shaping the strategic vision of the business. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior business leaders, manage critical deliverables in a fastpaced environment, and contribute to the digital transformation agenda.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the Core Planning and Analysis activities such as Budgeting, Forecasting and Senior Management reviews, for the CIB Central P&A team. The role requires extensive handson experience running the Budget and Forecast process, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to lead and develop highperforming teams across locations.
  • Maintain an executive presence and communication skills with the ability to interact and present to senior levels of the organization, prioritise and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Partner with all the CIB Line of Business P&A teams as well as the Firmwide P&A team to own and manage the endtoend delivery of the CIB Budget and Forecast. Consolidate and analyse financial results and communicate to the CFOs and business heads in ways that allow for actionable insights that can impact business performance.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Earnings and line of business P&A teams to deliver on critical seniormanagement and external presentations such as Quarterly earnings, InvestorDay, CIB Townhalls and QBRs.
  • Enhance expense and headcount analysis, provide senior management with the key themes and trends that can support strategic decisionmaking. The role will also require leading the efforts to monitor and govern the expense and headcount tasks for each of the CIB businesses, understand the areas of progress and risks, and report to the CFOs.
  • Support monitoring of business performance through the existing performance framework, as well as collaborate with business lines and CFOs to continually enhance the framework to align with the business objectives.
  • Partner with Finance Integration Office to align the management reporting model with the changes to business hierarchies and changes to the booking model.
  • Partner with CIB and Firmwide infrastructure teams to support the digital transformation agenda.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 15+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or Strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint in particular).
  • Experience in the consolidation, review, analysis, and presentation of financials. Exceptional analytical, problemsolving, criticalthinking and projectmanagement skills with a proven trackrecord of execution against deliverables.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and relationshipmanagement skills.
  • Detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment with frequently changing priorities and to meet deadlines under pressure. Selfstarter who is driven to excel in all aspects of their role and seeks to break the statusquo and initiate improvements where necessary.
