About the Role:

As Manager of Technical Underwriting , you’ll lead the Executive Underwriting team, offering technical expertise on special projects, product development, underwriting audits, and corporate initiatives. You’ll also serve as a referral authority, mentor, and trainer to the underwriting team, helping shape our practices and people.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years in Property & Casualty insurance, with extensive Excess & Surplus Lines experience required
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor staff
• Advanced knowledge of insurance principles and regulations
• Strong research and project management skills
• Bachelor degree preferred in Business, Finance, or Marketing
