We're looking for enthusiastic and outgoing Event Marketers to join our team and help us spread the joy of home improvement!

Position Overview:  As an Event Marketer at Joyce Factory Direct, you'll play a crucial role in engaging potential customers and generating leads at various events and trade shows. You'll have the opportunity to interact with people, showcase our products, and earn an attractive income.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain an appealing booth or display at event venues.
• Engage with event attendees and initiate conversations about Joyce Factory Direct's products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our windows, doors, and sunrooms.
• Capture lead information and provide it to our sales team for follow-up.
• Meet or exceed the goal of one product demonstration per hour.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be comfortable standing and interacting with event attendees for extended periods.

Compensation:  Your earnings potential is substantial with Joyce Factory Direct. For every successful product demonstration, you'll earn a generous commission. With just one demo an hour, you can make up to $47 per hour, and there is no cap on your earning potential.
