Pendulum, a 25-year-old healthcare risk management consulting and third-party claims administration company with an international footprint, seeks a full-time editorial and content assistant to expand its editing team in its Albuquerque office. Responsibilities The editorial and content assistant will support the editing team by creating and processing client communication, inputting new order data, assisting with file management, and other tasks. The position will also manage Pendulum’s LinkedIn page, along with email management of a regular newsletter. Administer Pendulum’s online risk management resource centers by assisting new clients with implementation, providing training and user support, performing maintenance activities, researching and uploading senior housing- and healthcare-driven resources, and producing timely usage reports. These resource centers are administered through a database-driven web program. Qualifications The successful candidate is organized, easily handles multiple deadlines, and works well independently. Superior customer service skills are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with grammar and proofreading skills, are also necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required. (Pendulum is PC-based.) Flexibility with assigned job duties will be essential.
