Private seasonal residence seeks experienced live-in Domestic Couple. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing hands-on housekeeping including all aspects of general and deep cleaning: laundry and ironing, cleaning of kitchen, bath, and living areas, household organization, caring for art, antiques, and fine furniture, etc. Maintaining home for guest readiness at all times Preparing and serving to the principal and guests Liaising with and overseeing vendors and contractors Fine vehicle care; including service scheduling and insurance upkeep Overseeing landscaping and gardening General handyman services and facilities / home maintenance tasks Maintaining household inventories; supply procurement including grocery shopping Coordinating with any additional household staff Traveling between residences as needed Handling special requests and related duties This is a full-time, live-in position. Schedule flexibility is required. Salary is generous but DOE. Requirements Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Experience supervising household staff and working with service staff and other outside vendors Ability to work independently as well as with a team, “hands on” as necessary Experience caring for fine art and antiques, fine garments and linens, and silver and brass Excellent references from both current and previous employers Strong culinary skills; ability to prepare meals and serve events and dinners as needed Working knowledge of all areas of property maintenance; initiative in tackling home projects hands-on Flexible scheduling with flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Valid driver’s licenses with clean driving record Valid passports and flexibility to travel with the family as needed to additional estates Legally able to work in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr Lily Pond Services
