High-Earning Sales Role | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to help expand our client base across the trucking, logistics, and transportation industries. This is an internal B2B sales role focused on new client acquisition and long-term partnerships.

Whether you come from sales, staffing, logistics, or a related industry, this role offers serious earning potential and clear advancement opportunities .

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect, hunt, and close new B2B clients in trucking, logistics, and transportation

  • Sell CDL A & CDL B driver staffing solutions to fleet operators and logistics leaders

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (fleet managers, operations leaders, executives)

  • Work closely with account managers and leadership to quickly fill driver orders

  • Track leads, activity, and deals in CRM while consistently hitting weekly and monthly goals

  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

What We’re Looking For
  • Sales experience preferred (B2B, staffing, logistics, transportation, or industrial services)

  • Strong communicator who’s confident, persuasive, and relationship-driven

  • Competitive, self-motivated, and money-motivated

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment

  • Knowledge of CDL drivers or FMCSA compliance is a plus,  not required
