Sr. Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician (CDL Class A Required)

Location: Pottstown / Lancaster, PA
Pay: $28–$30+ per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12 PM – 8 PM | Overtime after 40 hours

We’re hiring a Diesel Mechanic / Class A CDL Driver to keep our fleet of trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles running at peak performance. This full-time role offers steady hours, a supportive environment, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain  diesel engines, tractors, trailers, and heavy-duty trucks

• Perform  preventative maintenance (oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, etc.)

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Road-test vehicles and transport equipment (CDL A required)

• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Diesel, Fleet, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic

• Valid CDL Class A license (required)

• Inspection license (required)

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Basic computer proficiency
