Our client, a leading Dermatology practice in the great state of Tennessee, is actively seeking an experienced Dermatologist/Mohs Surgeon to join their dynamic team. This position goes beyond merely providing employment; it offers a unique chance to create a significant influence within a flourishing Dermatology practice!
Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough skin assessments, diagnose a wide range of skin conditions, and create customized treatment plans
* Conduct specialized dermatologic surgeries, including Mohs micrographic surgery, excisions, and biopsies for precise cancer removal
* Administer advanced dermatological treatments, such as Mohs surgery, to ensure the highest standard of skin cancer care
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including pathologists and oncologists, to provide comprehensive patient care
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in dermatology and skin cancer treatments through continuous medical education and research
Qualifications:
* Hold a medical degree with specialized training in dermatology and board certification
* Maintain an active Tennessee medical license for the practice of dermatology
* Demonstrate strong clinical expertise and a deep commitment to patient well-being
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and maintain a compassionate approach to patient care
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from $500,000 to $700,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic, team-oriented work atmosphere.
