Job Description In this role, you will work with the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the CSR Governance team and some executives to investigate emerging trends in this area, identify opportunities for Keysight for continuous improvement and reporting, and deliver research results and guidance. If you are driven to help build a better planet through environmental, social and governance topics worldwide through a corporate structure, and have research, reporting and presentations skills, this is the internship for you! Location for this position is Colorado Springs, CO. Job Qualifications Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Investigate, develop, report and present findings on target CSR Topics defined for role Develop public-facing document briefs as assigned to help communicate target CSR efforts, results and expectations As time permits, complete additional assigned CSR deliverables and write/post a blog article about experience Develop and deliver closing Internship overview with key results, guidance and learnings from assigned projects Skills Requirements: Ability to internalize assignment targets, develop work plan, escalate questions and seek clarification when needed from management Ability to work independently to complete deep-dive online research as well as 1:1 conversations with global contacts at multiple levels of the company Good note-taking skills Ability to consolidate complex and varied inputs into meaningful guidance Clear and concise report and summary writing capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree program through at least December 2021 Nice to have skills – familiarity with CSR concepts and reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP) Job Function Internships Compensation and Benefits Colorado Pay Range: $20-$30/hour Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above. Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
